Refund policy

Return Window We accept return requests submitted within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
Conditions for Return Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
